CLAIMS AGAINST INFRINGING CONTENT

RESELLING TUFANISHOP PRODUCTS
Reselling Tufanishop products for business purposes is strictly prohibited. If any unauthorized personnel are found committing the above act,legal action may be taken against him/her. If it is found and proven that any order has been placed to cash out the paid amount, legal action may be taken against him/her. If any seller orders (as a customer) from their own shop using cashback or any other balance, it would be considered as the violation of the act mentioned above. In that case seller (as seller account) & customer (as customer account) would be bound to oblige the decision taken by Tufanishop as well as legal action may be taken.
Delivery Timeline
The delivery might take longer than usual timeframe/line to be followed by Tufanishop. The delivery time-frame is only subject to estimation and please consider and calculate the announced timeframe as working days. It might vary depending upon the circumstances. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure events which include, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays/official holiday(s) etc.
Delivery Charge(s)
Tufanishop will not bear any kinds of delivery charges for the order(s). The customer has to pay for shipping/delivery cost. For this issue, the customer must check with delivery amount for the product if it is more than 500 grams. He/she must check twice about the costs incurred in delivery if it is outside Dhaka.
Tufanishop will not be liable for any delivery delay as it is managed by third party delivery partners and services. But, Tufanishop will try hard to manage delivery costs low for customers and deliver it as soon as possible- without any guaranty given in this aspect.
LOSSES
We will not be responsible for any business or personal losses (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expend other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the Site.
AMENDMENTS TO CONDITIONS OR ALTERATIONS OF SERVICE AND RELATED PROMISE

We will ensure that there is timely intimation to you of such cancellation via an email or SMS. Any prepayments made in case of such cancellation(s), shall be refunded to the customer within 3 months from the day of complaint placement.
ORDER PROCESSING
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of VAT and are listed on the Site by the seller that is selling the product or service. Items in your Shopping Cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you placed order(s).
